Tavisi The Story Private Limited serves as an e-commerce marketplace whereby users can purchase products from a range of vendors, and a digital magazine whereby users can consume a range of content at their own discretion.

You fully agree, understand and acknowledge that the Website is only an enabler between the customer and the vendor. You accept that any transaction that you engage in will be at your own discretion, and that the Website is not responsible or liable, in any manner, for any transactions conducted between the buyer and the vendor. The Website is not at any point in the transaction between buyer and vendor, responsible or liable for any representation or warranty made by the vendor, or for any other action/inaction of the vendor, which might result in delay of delivery. We are not responsible or liable for products that are unavailable, out of stock, damaged/faulty, or for poor service and quality from the side of the vendors. The Website does not endorse sexism, pedophilia or pornography.
